(KTVI) – Former Anheuser Busch executive Francine Katz is asking for a new trial on her claim of pay discrimination against the brewery.
The jury sided with the Anheuser Busch Company after a three week trial in St. Louis in May. Katz argues she was underpaid because management did not credit her for all of her duties, yet compensated male executives for all of their duties.
The motion for a new trial is based on arguments the court committed legal errors in three critical areas.
