ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Former St. Louis Police Officer Jason Stockley has pleaded not guilty to a charge of first degree murder. He's charged with killing Anthony Lamar Smith during a police chase in December of 2011.

Stockley claims Smith pointed a gun at him.
