ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Free masks are now being handed out at all St. Louis County libraries. A new mandate became effective Friday morning requiring everyone over the age of nine to wear a mask in public.
The St. Louis County Health Department handed out more than 150,000 masks ahead of the holiday weekend.
