EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – The City of Edwardsville, Illinois will break ground Thursday on a new ice rink and recreational facility.
The R.P. Lumber Center will be off of Governor’s Parkway next to Edwardsville High School.
Robert Plummer and the R.P. Lumber team donated $2 million to help fund the project.
