FENTON, MO (KTVI)- Groundbreaking is today for the first new building at the site of the old Chrysler Plant in Fenton.

KP Development plans to build a $222 million Fenton Logistics Park at that location. It would include two-million square feet for warehouses, offices and industry. Developers have already invested $10 million in site improvement and security tax increment financing from St. Louis County.

The groundbreaking is at 10 a.m. Thursday on Mraz Road in Fenton.
