SPANISH LAKE, MO (KTVI) - Habitat for Humanity St. Louis kicked off a building blitz Monday constructing five houses in five days in Spanish Lake. It is the first time the agency has broken ground in the community giving first time homeowners a sense of hope, stability, and choice. The four bedroom homes will be ready for occupancy by Thanksgiving. Earlier this year, the organization built its 350tieth house. It will finish 27 more homes by the end of the year.
