WASHINGTON– Hillary Clinton will hold a press availability following a 1:30 p.m. ET speech at the United Nations speech today, according to one aide familiar with Clinton’s plan. It will be the first opportunity for Clinton to publicly address the growing scandal surrounding her use of a personal email server to conduct public business while she was Secretary of State.
