ST. LOUIS (KTVI) - A local woman is out of jail tonight, but still facing felony charges in the theft of hundreds of dollars worth of liquor. But what stands out in this case is why she says she needed all that booze

To 37-year-old Bobbie Davis, that liquor was currency and areas that are frequented by the homeless, were spots where she could sell it and stay out of homeless shelters.
