ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)– It’s a new FOX show that has the science community talking. It’s called Cosmos and fans got an early sneak peek at the St. Louis Science Center Tuesday night.
It’s a science lover’s dream, a popular show in the 1980’s recreated with the technology of today and expectations were high so people started lining up at 2 p.m. for a 7 p.m. screening.
Neil Degrasse Tyson is the host of the Cosmos series, replacing the late, legendary scientist Carl Sagen. FOX’s Family Guy Seth Mcfarlane is the executive producer so it’s no surprise FOX was eager to get on board to debut the series.
From the die hard enthusiasts to the littlest of fans, Cosmos hit the spot.
So much so, this Sunday some fans already hit the record button.
Over 200 people showed up for the screening which was only seen in the top 10 markets.
If you want to check out the series it debuts on FOX this Sunday at 8 p.m.
