EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. – The Jackie Joyner-Kersee Foundation received three grants from the Illinois Arts Council Agency.
They total nearly $27,000. The money will go to expand the music, dance and visual arts programs at the JJK Center in East St. Louis.
