MADISON COUNTY, Ill. – Many people in Madison County, Illinois heard loud explosions Thursday morning and were unsure where it was coming from.
The Madison County Illinois Scanner Page said in a Facebook post that those noises were from the demolition on the old power plant.
That is located on the Berm Highway.
