ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – “On the road again!”
FOX 2 News in the Morning is live in your neighborhood, Lafayette Square.
According to the Paint Quality Institute, Lafayette Square is one of the nation’s prettiest painted communities! It’s also one of the greatest areas to live in the City of St. Louis. Lafayette Square offers beautiful historic homes and a plethora of restaurants that provide fine dining. There’s even one place where you can see St. Louis city from the roof top!
Kevin Steincross and Margie Ellisor visited the city’s oldest public park and saw the “painted ladies,” a set of stately Victorian homes that surround beautiful Lafayette Park.
Strays were also rescued in the area nearly twenty years ago!
They started with a tour of Bailey’s Chocolate Bar located at 1915 Park Avenue.
