Japanese festival, Big Muddy Blues fest and Greek fest highlight Labor Day weekend

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – The Labor Day weekend is the unofficial end of summer, but there’s a lot to do this weekend. The can celebrate the history, culture and people of Japan at the Japanese festival at the Missouri Botanical Garden. It runs until 8pm Saturday night, Sunday 10 am to 8 pm and Monday 10 am to 5 pm.

While on Laclede’s Landing the Big Muddy Blues fest is running from 3 pm to midnight Saturday and Sunday on 3 stages.

Or you could enjoy Greek food and culture at St. Nicholas on Forest Park and Kingshighway in the Central West End.  The festival runs from 11 am to 9 pm tonight Saturday and Sunday. Monday’s hours are 11 am to 8 pm.

Free parking is available at the BJC parking garage.
