
BRIDGETON, MO (KTVI) – Tuesday more than 100 companies with over 500 job openings held a job fair in Bridgeton for veterans, active military personnel, and spouses. Participants rose early this morning to shop for suits and business attire before heading to the job fair. The shopping trip was free of charge for service members, spouses and veterans. Before attending the job fair, participants got a chance to sharpen their interview skills, resumes by attending workshops.
The workshop and shopping were geared to helping military personnel, veterans and spouses to transfer military skills to the private sector.
