ST. LOUIS – A former judge gets involved in the Missouri attorney general’s petition to remove Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner from office.
Gardner insists she did nothing wrong. As part of the lawsuit, several records from the 22nd Circuit Court have been subpoenaed.
The court itself has hired retired judge Booker Shaw to represent it. Shaw was a circuit court judge from 1983 to 2002.
