BELLEVILLE, IL (KTVI) – A man arrested for a sexual assault in Belleville over the weekend is also accused of a similar crime from 2014. Marlon Humphries, 22, is charged for Sunday morning’s assault against a 56-year-old woman near 6th and West Main.
Police say they also believe Humphries is connected to an October 2014 assault. Police say there may be other victims and urge them to come forward.
