ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Police say Samwell Fowler, 25, asked a 13-year-old and a 11-year-old girl for sexual favors after driving them home from South County Mall.

The sisters had been dropped off at the mall by their father on Friday, March 8th to meet up with their friends. When the mall was closing, Fowler, who did not know the girls, asked to drive the girls home. The two girls got into the car.
