ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - A Tennessee man goes to extremes to get his girlfriend back.  It happened last week in Nashville.  A man named Daniel bought a poster, poster board and a sharpie and wrote, "Lindsey, I'm sorry I lied. Please forgive me."

Daniel then drove to an interstate, pulled off on the side of the road, then held the sign as he stood on the roof of his truck.

Traffic cameras caught it all.

There is no word on if his plan worked.
