ST. LOUIS – A man has been charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action after a man was found dead in a parked car on Saturday.
The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued a warrant Sunday for the arrest of Deaunte Perry, 25, for second-degree murder and armed criminal action. Perry turned himself in on Tuesday, November 24. He is being held without bond.
A court document says the victim, 28-year-old Guy Gibson, drove to a home in the 5300 block of Hodiamont to pick up a friend. When Gibson arrived, he was shot multiple times in his car and died of his injuries. “A witness on scene identified the defendant as the individual who shot the victim,” the court document said.
