FENTON, MO (KTVI) - Crews from the Fenton Fire Protection District rescued a man stranded by flooding this morning. Rising waters trapped the man inside his home just off Old Gravois Road. The victim was able to get to his roof where rescuers met him with a boat to bring him to safety.

"The water started coming up pretty quick." said Chandler Vonderahu.

The man says he has at least 4'6" water in his first floor now. He expects the second floor to flood before the river crests.
