Man sentenced for firing gun during Newtown argument at barber shop

WENTZVILLE, MO (KTVI) – Lester Davis received 14 years for firing a gun three times in the crowded Wentzville barbershop back in December 2012.

The gunfire came after an argument with those inside the shop about the Newtown, Connecticut killings at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

Davis pled guilty to assault, possession of a firearm by a felon and armed criminal action.

Davis, has a felony conviction in New Jersey.
