ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Earon Rivers will spend 25 years in prison for the murder of a Dellwood Imo’s delivery driver.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports Rivers called in the pizza order to set up the robbery back in November of 2012. Police say the driver and victim, Brian Johnson was shot once while sitting in his car. He was found dead slumped over the wheel. Johnson was killed over three pizzas and a cellphone.
Rivers was 17 years old at the time of the crime. He was convicted of second-degree murder and other charges.
