Many residential side streets remain snow-covered after winter storm

SOUTH ST. LOUIS – In Missouri, the winter storm dumped 3 to 9 inches of snow across the state.

As of Tuesday morning, the highways are improving but are things aren’t getting any better on the side streets of South St. Louis.
