MOUNT OLIVE, IL (KTVI) – Three people were injured when an EF-2 tornado touched down late Monday night. The National Weather Service has just released a damage report that maps the path of this twister. It hit downtown Mount Olive and traveled four blocks and was about 75 yards wide.
The tornado caused some damage to buildings. The second story of a brick building and the roof of a historic building was blown off. Several windows were blown out of homes and businesses.
