MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO (KTVI) – The Maryland Heights Police Department say an argument over loud music led to a deadly shooting in Maryland Heights. It happened in the 12500 block of Ardwick Lane in the Bennington Heights Place apartments. Witnesses tell investigators that two men started arguing around 3:30pm Saturday. That’s when police say the 26-year-old suspect shot the 35-year old victim multiple times.  The victim later died at the hospital.

Neighbors were shocked at the violence.

The suspect was arrested and police recovered the handgun they believe was used in the shooting.     Police won’t release the identity of the victim until his family is notified.
