ST. LOUIS – Missouri Chief Justice Paul Wilson delivers the annual state of the judiciary address on Wednesday.

He’ll speak at 10:15 a.m. to a joint-session of the Missouri legislature. Last year, he called for more laws to protect the state’s judges.

Some lawmakers boycotted his speech last year, saying some judges have abused their power. They blamed the Missouri Supreme Court for overturning laws and imposing programs without lawmakers approval.
