JEFFERSON CITY, MO. (KTVI) – The state of Missouri will be conducting training for servers of alcohol on October 3rd at Rosalita’s Cantina located at 1235 Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis. The goal is to familiarize servers on state alcohol laws, explanation of hours of service limitations, identification of customers who may have consumed too much alcohol, methods of dealing with intoxicated individuals and techniques for spotting fraudulent IDs.
The training designed to help owners, managers and staff of licensed liquor establishments to be current with state standards and practices.
