ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Area Police Chiefs Association is having its 31st annual Police Officer Memorial Prayer Breakfast Tuesday.
The event will honor officers who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. It also recognizes the surviving family members of those first responders.
ESPN sportscaster Joe Buck will emcee.
