ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – Thursday night is the ‘Crisis Intervention Team’ annual appreciation dinner.
‘CIT’ is a nationally recognized program that improves law enforcement response to mental health crises. More than 7,000 CIT officers work in the St. Louis region.
