ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – On Thursday, January 26, St. Louis County will do its annual count of homeless people in the area.
They will count both people in local shelters and those living on the street. County police officers will again help conduct the census. The county will also offer shelter.
The federal government requires this census every year. Those numbers help determine funding for homeless programs and services.
