ST. LOUIS – An arrest has been made in the September 19 shooting in south St. Louis. Desante White, 29, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
The victim, Timothy Moore, 32, was in the 2700 block of Miami when he was found in the street after being shot. When EMS arrived, they notified the police that Moore was dead.
