ST. LOUIS – Another busy day ahead for the St. Louis Board of Aldermen.
They’re set to advance a bill to ban the open carrying of firearms in the city without a concealed carry permit. Since teens can’t get a permit, the bill is meant to cut down on recent incidents where young people were openly carrying firearms downtown.
