People in two vehicles exchange gunfire on Creve Coeur street

CREVE COEUR, Mo. – Creve Coeur law enforcement are investigating a rolling gun battle that happened Thursday afternoon.

According to Lt. Jeff Hartman, a spokesman for the Creve Coeur Police Department, the shooting occurred around 4:20 p.m. in the 10300 block of Old Olive Street, between Lindbergh Boulevard and Guelbreth Lane.

Witnesses told police they saw people in two cars exchange gunfire before fleeing southbound on Lindbergh.

No injuries were reported.

Hartman said investigators are aware of at least one bystander’s vehicle that was struck by gunfire.
