BERKELEY, Mo. – An early morning fire damaged a Berkeley building Saturday. Five fire departments responded to the scene.

According to the Berkeley Fire Department, the first alarm commercial fire produced heavy smoke and flames.

Fire crews first entered the building by foot, then they switched to aerial operations and re-entered to put out hot spots.

There were no injuries.
