ST. LOUIS – Elected officials in Jennings have called an emergency city council meeting for 6:30 p.m.
The council will discuss the construction of the new city Hall, which the FOX Files has covered extensively. They’ll also discuss the no confidence letter issued to Mayor Gary Johnson.
Records reveal the city may not recognize this as an official meeting. However, it takes five council members to be present for the meeting to be valid.
