ST. LOUIS – A worker is recovering this morning after a gas explosion at the Missouri Baking Company on The Hill.
Fire officials say it happened about 3:00 A.M. Saturday morning when a worker tried to light an oven. That is when there was apparently a flash fire.
The worker received burns and other injuries and was taken to the hospital.
