ST. LOUIS – The Missouri Supreme Court hears an appeal Wednesday about Medicaid.
In December, a Missouri court ruled the Department of Social Services violated the state’s constitution. It refused to reimburse Planned Parenthood for providing care to Medicare patients.
The state is appealing that ruling Wednesday before the state’s high court.
