ST. LOUIS – One man is dead following a shooting in the Vandeventer neighborhood of north St. Louis City.
A spokesperson for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department says the shooting took place just after 2:20 p.m. in the 3900 block of Page Boulevard, near North Sarah Avenue.
Police arrived to find the male victim inside a vehicle with a gunshot wound to his head. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The city’s homicide division is investigating.
