St. Louis County employee vaccine mandate bill on hold

Missouri

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – No vote was taken Tuesday night by the St. Louis County Council on a vaccine requirement for St. Louis County employees.

The proposed legislation would require county employees and contractors to be vaccinated or wear a mask and submit to regular COVID-19 testing.

During the meeting, St. Louis County residents expressed opposition to the proposed bill and Councilwoman Shalonda Webb said she will hold her bill for another week.
