ST. LOUIS – A man was shot in the leg near St. Louis City Hall early Tuesday morning.
The shooting happened just after 12:30 a.m. on 13th Street at Chestnut Street in Poelker Park next to the Soldiers’ Memorial. One man was shot near there on Sunday morning. Another man was shot and killed in that area last week.
