ST. LOUIS – It’s Volpi Foods Day in St. Louis. September 7, 2022, marks the 120th anniversary of the family-owned business on The Hill. They have cured Italian meats since 1902. A fourth generation of the Volpi family is now in charge. They make the best prosciutto as well as dry-cured thinly sliced ham.

Wednesday is also National Salami Day.
