LINCOLN COUNTY, MO – Moscow Mills locals are being asked to conserve water Thursday morning.
The city’s public works department said some equipment failed at the city water tower. Locals are asked to avoid watering their grass, washing their cars, or using water outside their homes.
The order remains in effect until Friday evening at 5:00 p.m.
