Webster Groves’ $320 million mixed-use project voted down

Missouri

ST. LOUIS – The Webster Groves City Council rejected a new development plan Tuesday night.

Residents opposed the Douglass Hill proposal. The development would have been a $320 million mixed-use project north of Old Webster.

The Webster Groves City Council voted unanimously against a zoning change Tuesday night that effectively killed the Douglass Hill project.

Residents spoke out against the plan in October.
