ST. LOUIS, Mo. – A man was shot and killed and two more were injured in a shooting early Wednesday morning on the St. Louis riverfront.

The shooting happened just after 12 a.m. along Leonor K. Sullivan Boulevard near the Poplar Street Bridge.

Fred Moore, 28, was found in a vehicle with apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Another 28-year-old man was shot in the stomach and taken to a hospital. He was listed in critical-stable condition. A 37-year-old woman was also shot in the stomach and taken to the hospital via private conveyance. She was listed in critical-stable condition.

There is a 31-year-old man in custody related to this incident. He is being charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault, and two counts of armed criminal action.
