MoDOT Urges Drivers To Use Caution On State Road After Thursday’s Flash Flooding

JEFFERSON CITY, MO. (KTVI) – Road closures are wide spread across the state of Missouri after Thursday’s rainfall that caused flash flooding across the state.  MoDOT says that most of the closures are in the northern half of the state and are on lettered and numbered routes with low traffic levels.
