Mother Of Young Woman Killed In Police Chase Speaks Out

ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI ( KTVI)- The mother of a young woman, killed in a St Louis police chase -- is speaking out.  Canika Rhodes is grieving the loss of her 20 -year- old daughter, Dasha. Dasha was one of three passengers in a car fleeing police, Wednesday. Police say the driver lost control and crashed into four planters near the new Grand Boulevard Bridge in South St. Louis. "Her smile her being around she was family oriented and loved her family i'm just giving to miss her..just her I'm going to miss everything about her," said Canika Rhodes

22- year- old Lamont Cross and 23- year-old Gregory Franklin also died in the crash. A fourth person in the car survived but remains in critical condition. Police believe at least one person in the car, was involved in a series of shootings, just before the chase.
