ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI) – It’s been a successful summer at the Muny. Attendance this year is up nine-percent over last summer.
The open-air theater in Forest Park is seeing it’s highest attendance numbers in six years.
As usual, the most popular show of the season was the children`s production.
The most popular show this year was ‘Mary Poppins’, which drew more than 79,700 people.
‘Shrek’ drew the second-largest audience.
One reason the audience numbers grew this year, the great summer weather.
