NAACP speak out on Better Together merger plan

Richmond Heights, Mo.  – The St. Louis County NAACP plans to speak out on the proposed Better Together merger plan for St. Louis City and County.

The news conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday in Richmond Heights.

The civil rights organization will weigh in on the recommendations proposed by the group to combine city and county services.

Several St. Louis County municipalities oppose the idea.
