ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Back in the year 2000 St. Louis rapper Nelly released his third single called, “Ride wit me.”  The song peaked at #3 on the Billboard charts and was an international hit.  It was even featured in hit TV shows like Friends, Scrubs and King of the Hill.

Now, 13 years later, the hit single off the album ‘Country Grammar’ has been remixed to sell Honey Nut Cheerios.  A new commercial featuring synchronized dancers and rapper “Buzz the Bee” do the song, “Fly With Me – Must Be The Honey.”

From the ‘Buzz the Bee’ on the official website:

“Nelly-yeah he’s been great! He showed me his super neat music studio and even let me sing about honey while I was there; it was like being in a shiny hive that makes music instead of honey. Now I’m ready to deliver my message of honey-love in an exciting new way. So this summer I’ll be previewing my new set of wings as a pop culture and music bee on the social media scene. Neat right! Stay tuned… it’s going to be sweet!”
