New law prevents sex offenders from giving candy on Halloween

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – A new Illinois law this year prevents sex offenders from handing out Halloween candy and participating in other holiday events with children under 18.

Missouri has a similar law for sex offenders. So if the lights aren’t on,  walk on.
